Tablet?

I've been deciding on this for awhile, and would love some input. Should I get a Tablet o.O? I want to CG really bad, and I'm horrible when it comes to outlining cause I can shake really bad, and I'm on a laptop so it just kinda sucks.

+ Is it worth it o.O? Is it easy to learn or get used to

+ Good programs to go with the tablet that doesn't cost a fortune (Has paintshop at the moment)

+ Links for CG tutorials for Dummies? xD I can't ever seem to find any for Paintshop >3<
